  • 1 cleaned and sliced
  • 1 /4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 /4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 minced
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sliced
  • 1 Squid ink (optional)

Sauté garlic and onion, add squid and briefly sauté.

Add soy sauce, vinegar and squid ink if using. Simmer very briefly (squid cooks quickly). Serve with rice.
