  • 1 g chicken pieces
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • 1 julienned
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chopped
  • 1 cups chicken broth or water
  • 1 Fish sauce and pepper to taste
  • 1 Fried garlic
  • 1 scallions and calamansi for topping
