Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef chuck or goat
  • 1 cubed
  • 1 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 /2 cup liver spread or pâté (optional)
  • 1 potatoes
  • 1 cubed
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 cubed
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 sliced
  • 1 /4 cup olives (optional)
  • 1 cup water or stock
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chopped
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 minced

Sauté onions and garlic, brown meat.

Add tomato sauce, water and simmer until meat is tender (1–1.5 hours).

Add potatoes and carrots, cook until tender. Stir in liver spread, bell pepper and olives near the end. Adjust seasoning and serve with rice.
