1 cup coconut cream

1 g pork belly or dried shrimp (optional)

1 long green chilies

1 tbsp bagoong or patis to taste

SautΓ© garlic and ginger, add pork or dried shrimp if using.

Add coconut milk and simmer. Add taro leaves in batches, simmer until leaves are tender and coconut milk reduces.

Stir in chilies and coconut cream near the end. Season with fish sauce or bagoong. Serve with rice.
