Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground pork
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 grated
  • 1 /2 cup raisins
  • 1 /2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 /4 cup condensed milk or evaporated milk
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Aluminum foil for rolling

Combine all ingredients (reserve hard-boiled eggs and sausage pieces for filling if desired).

Spread mixture on foil, place fillings, roll tightly and wrap.

Steam for 45–60 minutes until set. Slice and pan-fry slices before serving (optional).
