1 Fish sauce and pepper to taste

SautΓ© garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken and brown lightly.

Pour in water or stock, bring to a boil, then simmer until chicken is cooked (20β30 min).

Add green papaya and cook until tender. Season with fish sauce.

Add malunggay or spinach just before serving. Serve hot with rice.
